Up to summer 2021 she has been a partner and privacy lead at Deloitte Legal UK (was Kemp Little) - an award-winning technology and digital media legal services firm, known for its innovative approach, particularly with early stage ventures and new technologies.
Marta is dual qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales (SRA registered) and Spanish Abogada (ICA Madrid registered). She is also a registered privacy professional, holding a CIPP/E certificate.
CyPro is led by Jonny Pelter and it specalises in Information security audit and CISO support.
Jonny is a cyber security and privacy professional with 12 years consulting experience. He specialises in security maturity and risk assessment, compliance and regulation (including ISO27001 and PCI DSS) and data privacy/GDPR. He holds CISM, CISSP, CIPP/E and ISO27001 (exam) accreditations. Jonny led Deloitte’s Security Compliance and Regulation service line in the UK for a number of years and has experience running large security transformation programmes in FTSE100 and Fortune500 firms.
Lionheart Squared provide Article 27 Representation for both UK and EU regimes. Karima has 12 years of experience helping organisations leverage the benefits of information privacy as a positive market differentiator. Member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) since 2006, Karima holds three certified information privacy professional specialities (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT). In 2016, she received the coveted IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) designation.

James Leaton Gray is an expert in Privacy and Data Protection who uniquely combines this with knowledge and experience in business strategy, policy and press management.
At the Privacy Practice James provides consultancy services in Data Protection and Privacy. A leading thinker in the policy debates in this vital arena, he is regularly invited to address conferences in the UK and internationally. He specialises in making compliance part of business operations, not a legal tick box exercise. He writes widely on current issues in Privacy. As well as working alongside the consultants with the Privacy Practice he is a Director at Deloitte and Kemp Little working closely with their their Privacy teams
For over 10 years James headed the BBC’s Information Policy and Compliance Department overseeing the BBC’s systems for compliance with the Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts. His team was involved in many high-profile cases in this rapidly evolving area of the law. Before joining the legal section he was a programme maker and spent much of his time in political journalism. He edited many of the BBC’s Political and Parliamentary programmes including Today/Yesterday in Parliament, The Week in Westminster, Westminster Live, and the documentary series Scrutiny.
He has an MBA, is a former Chairman of the Strategic Planning Society, and is a member of BAFTA. He is on the editorial boards of the Journal of Data Protection and Privacy and Data Protection Law & Policy.
A frequent speaker at national and international conferences, he is also in demand as an after-dinner speaker for corporate and private events for Cyber and a data based industries.

An early adopter to the pressing issues in technology, including AI and privacy, in particular in relation to the health and health-tech sectors, media and travel, Marta spent 4 years at Field Fisher in London, another top ranked technology, outsourcing and privacy provider, prior to joining Kemp Little. She successfully completed her legal training with Baker & McKenzie, in Madrid. Upon qualifying as a lawyer, Marta subsequently joined Bird & Bird, also in Madrid - and another highly rated, global leading firm, in terms of Technology, Telecoms and Media matters.
Marta’s career as a lawyer has provided her with an enviable opportunity to work with high profile clients across several specialisms and jurisdictions. The common thread throughout has been her interest, knowledge and focus in technology and privacy matters.
